The Renegade sauna is designed for 4–6 people and is available in two premium wood options: Hemlock or Red Cedar. The Hemlock variant features a hemlock structure and walls with a cedar floor, while the Red Cedar variant offers full red cedar construction for enhanced aroma, insulation, and natural moisture resistance. It is powered by a Harvia SW80 electric heater delivering 8.0 kW, operating on 220V / 240V with a 40A current, and provides a temperature range of 0–195°F for powerful and consistent sauna sessions. Each unit includes a complete accessory set with a wooden bucket and spoon, anti-crack volcanic stones for steam generation, a sandglass timer, a thermo-hygrometer, and explosion-proof lighting. Construction highlights include a waterproof asphalt-tiled roof sealed to prevent leaks, a heat-resistant wooden door handle, a breathable vent hole for fresh airflow, high-temperature explosion-proof lighting, and an 18-inch-wide bench designed for comfortable reclining or lying down.

Where do you ship?

We offer free shipping anywhere in the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations.

How long does shipping & delivery take?

Most saunas ship within 5-7 business days and arrive within 4–5 weeks depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require a few extra days.

How many boxes will my sauna arrive in?

Each sauna arrives in a palletized, secure wooden crate. In addition, the heater and some sauna components will ship in separate boxes depending on the model. Every box is clearly labeled for easy assembly.

How long does it take to assemble?

Assembly typically takes 4–5 hours for two people. Regular tools are required, including a drill. We also offer professional installation in most states for an additional cost.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all saunas. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your sauna for a refund. In case of return, the customer must pay for the cost to repack and ship the sauna back to the warehouse.

How do I return my sauna?

Simply contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the return process. The unit must be disassembled and packed in its original crates for safe transport. Once the sauna is repacked, contact us to arrange the pickup for you. The full shipping cost will be charged to the customer prior to pickup.

Do the saunas come with a heater?

Yes, every Rodeo Sauna includes a premium sauna heater designed for optimal heat, longevity, and efficiency. There is no need to purchase another heater separately.

What electrical setup do I need?

Most saunas require a 220V dedicated outlet, installed by a licensed electrician. We make sure to specify each saunas electrical specs on th product page for each model.

Can my sauna be installed outdoors?

Depending on the model, we make sure to specify which Rodeo Sauna models are designed for either indoor or outdoor use. For outdoor setups, we recommend placing the sauna on a level, weather-proof surface with proper electrical protection.

What wood and materials do you use?

Rodeo Saunas are built from premium Canadian Hemlock or Red Cedar, chosen for durability, heat retention, and a clean, modern aesthetic. All materials are non-toxic and low-VOC.
